Body Love Soul.

Reclaim Your Power, Heal Your Relationship with Yourself

For years, I felt like a prisoner in my own body. Every thought, every decision, every emotion was dictated by how I looked, by what I ate, by how much I exercised. My self-worth was tangled in an impossible cycle—if I felt thin, it was a good day. If I didn’t, everything else fell apart.

I chased the “perfect” body, believing it would bring me happiness. I reached my goal, but instead of feeling free, I was at my lowest. I realized that no amount of external validation could fix the shame, the self-doubt, or the deep disconnect I had with myself.

Healing wasn’t about changing my body. It was about coming home to myself.

The Body Love Soul Method was born from this journey—my own path to healing, self-acceptance, and deep transformation. Now, I guide women through their own process of reclaiming their power, breaking free from toxic cycles, and creating a life rooted in self-trust, confidence, and freedom.

This work is for you if…

  • You feel trapped in an exhausting cycle of body shame, self-judgment, and control

  • You believe that once you reach your “goal weight” or “perfect body,” you’ll finally feel happy, worthy, and confident

  • You have a complicated relationship with food—whether it’s restricting, bingeing, or feeling guilt around eating

  • You struggle with your relationship to exercise—either avoiding it completely or using it as a form of punishment

  • You want to feel at home in your body, not at war with it

  • You are ready to break free from shame and start trusting yourself again

Body Love Soul Framework

What Our Work Together Looks Like

I take an intuitive, deeply personal approach to coaching. No two journeys look the same because no two women carry the same story. Together, we will:

  • Unpack the Root of Your Struggles
This work goes beyond surface-level fixes. We will explore where these beliefs started, why they exist, and how they’ve shaped the way you see yourself.

  • Heal Your Relationship with Food
Food is nourishment, but when shame and fear take over, it becomes a source of stress. I will guide you in shifting your mindset so that food becomes a way to care for yourself, rather than a source of guilt or control.

  • Redefine Movement as Self-Care
Exercise shouldn’t be punishment. We will create a relationship with movement that feels energizing, not exhausting—one that supports your well-being instead of depleting it.

  • Build Self-Trust and Intuition
You don’t need external validation to feel worthy. I will help you strengthen your ability to listen to yourself, honor your needs, and create a life that aligns with who you truly are.

  • Create Lasting Change That Ripples Into Every Area of Your Life
This work doesn’t stop with body image. When you release shame and step into self-trust, everything shifts—your confidence, your relationships, your ability to set boundaries, and the way you move through the world.

"You are not too much. You are not taking up space—you are claiming what was always yours. Step into your power, own your voice, and show up unapologetically as you."
Izzy Atkinson

“Izzy has helped me reframe the narrative I’ve created in my own head and shift it from a lens of anxiety and self-doubt to one of love. My mindset and perspective have changed significantly since working with her. She validates my experience and then helps me view it from a different angle. Her coaching style is centered around being your most authentic self and doing so unapologetically. I’ve seen improvements in every area of my life. She’s approachable and real 100% would recommend her.”

  • Casey

“I came to Izzy to improve my workouts and learn more about how to train effectively. I used to be afraid of lifting heavy weights, but she taught me that weightlifting is one of the best things I can do for my body. She was super supportive and met me where I was, while still pushing me to do more. I’ve now integrated more weightlifting into my routine not just cardio and I feel stronger and more confident. She’s personable and also a great friend. I’d absolutely recommend her.”

  • Jill

“Izzy uplifts me in such a powerful way that it enables me to believe in myself. We’ve remained extremely close since meeting in a business coaching program in 2020, and she’s helped me navigate so many challenges in both my personal and professional life. She is someone I trust deeply. Her support helps me feel a sense of peace and calm, even during hard times. She constantly reinforces trust and faith for me. She provides such a level of comfort and safety it’s easy to open up and be real with her. Absolutely recommend.”

  • Sydni

“Izzy is one of the best listeners and most patient friends I know. She helped me see the value in avoiding negative people, and I’ve become more intentional about how I show up in my relationships. I’ve grown into someone who puts others first and leads with care. I mean it when I say she’s a good listener and that makes a huge difference. Yes, I’d recommend her.”

  • Gabriella

“Izzy’s coaching and leadership style is the perfect balance of boldness and empathy. She leads with confidence and clarity while creating a safe and supportive space for growth. She’s deeply intuitive and compassionate, and she meets people exactly where they are while encouraging them to reach their full potential. She’s proactive and action-oriented, going the extra mile for her clients and community. She brings structure, flexibility, and a vision that inspires. What stood out most was how she made me feel seen and heard, while also challenging me to take action. Her belief in me was transformative.”

  • Whitney

“Izzy has a special ability to hold space and validate others’ experiences. We originally connected through a Boston event, but I really felt the depth of her presence when I listened to her podcast and later attended a Women’s Healing Circle she co-facilitated. That circle came at a time of deep grief and isolation for me, and it helped me feel connected and supported. She’s compassionate and present, and she models vulnerability and self-care in a way that’s so refreshing. Spending time with her feels like a rare opportunity to slow down and be real.”

  • Julia

“I recognized Izzy immediately as authentic and magnetic. I knew she would be an incredible co-alchemist to create healing, loving spaces together. She helped me realize that we just have to keep showing up and being seen no pretending, no perfection needed. Through our collaboration, I came to a deeper level of trust, especially around female friendships. I’ve experienced rupture and betrayal in the past, but Izzy helped me rewrite those patterns. She validated me in moments of self-doubt and reminded me that I’m doing my best and that I can trust myself. From day one, her support has been authentic and loving. I’d absolutely recommend her to any woman seeking healing.”

  • Natalie

“I met Izzy through a mutual friend and started working with her as a personal trainer, but over time our sessions became so much more. I began seeing her for coaching because I wanted to level up in my life and business. One of my biggest challenges was how I reacted when I felt scared or saw red flags in relationships my instinct was to cut and run. Izzy helped me stay grounded and be confident in how I communicate. She also helped me heal my nervous system and navigate a high-stress work schedule. She coached me through asking for a raise, and now I’m meeting my financial goals. She’s fun, relational, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I’m so grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her.”

  • April

“I was referred to Izzy after going through major health issues and wanting to get my body back in shape. One of the most valuable things she taught me was to be kind to myself. She reminded me that change takes time and that I am strong and powerful. Since working with her, I’ve seen my body evolve in a positive and healthy way. Her coaching style is kind, empathetic, and supportive. What I appreciated most was how genuinely invested she was in my happiness and self-confidence. I would 100% recommend Izzy to anyone ready to make a positive change in their life.”

“I had reached out to a small gym in Back Bay, and the owner connected me to Izzy. We worked together mostly on personal training, but our time in the gym was about much more than fitness. We talked about life changes, struggles, and everything in between. Izzy was patient, kind, and understanding throughout. I also had coaching sessions with her that helped me learn to love myself more. I’m more open and confident now. I’m not afraid to be myself, and I truly feel like she gave me a voice and heard it. That’s one of the greatest gifts someone can give.”
